I was contacted and had an appointment made by Josh who I asked a million questions to and he answered every one of them. When I went to my appointment with Melisa she explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She had wonderful advice for me as a new user to acpap machine. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family who will need their services

Always a friendly face whether we go to the office or a technician come out. Freddy is our usual tech that brings us tanks and services our concentrator. He is always in a good mood and loves to laugh and make us laugh. We love Freddy!

Cam came out to drop off my mother-in-law's oxygen and was very professional and courteous... Was very knowledgeable on the equipment and gave very clear instructions on how to use and what to do if something were to go wrong with machine he was also very patient and considerate as we have a 14-month-old scooting around the floor causing all kinds of commotion. Very good first impression on this company I hope this genuine customer service continues and I look forward to any future interaction. Thank you guys again!!

I've been here a few times in the past few years & have not had good service, had long wait times, BUT, today was different, Kudos to the team! Very good visit, very pleasant office folks, & the tech that came to look/diagnose equipment malfunction was very professional & knowledgeable. Truly was a good visit!!
